5. Refund Policy

EasyVisa does not offer refunds for our services at this point in time. All transactions are considered final once processed. Please note that government fees paid to embassies or consulates are generally non-refundable as these are controlled by the respective government agencies and not by EasyVisa.

6. Intellectual Property

The EasyVisa logo, brand identity, proprietary APIs, and original content created by our team are the property of EasyVisa and protected by intellectual property laws. Images and illustrations used on our platform are sourced from publicly available and open sources, used in accordance with their respective licenses or fair use principles. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee visa approval. EasyVisa is not liable for visa denials, delays, or changes in visa requirements imposed by governments.
